📦 Standard Shipping — Royal Mail Tracked 48

Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

⚡ Express Shipping — Royal Mail Tracked 24

Need your cards a little sooner? We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 for express delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

🛡️ How We Protect Your Cards

We understand how important it is for your cards to arrive in the same condition they left us.

Depending on the size and contents of your order, cards are carefully packaged using a hard-backed envelope or bubble mailer.

Individual cards and smaller orders are protected using:

• A penny sleeve where appropriate
• A toploader or semi-rigid card holder
• A team bag to keep everything securely together
• Additional protection where required to help prevent movement and damage during transit

For larger orders, we may use additional packaging to ensure your cards are securely protected throughout their journey.

📮 Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment has been received.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days of your order.

Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of our control.

🔎 Tracking

All of our standard and express shipping options are tracked. Your tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your tracking hasn’t updated immediately, please allow some time for Royal Mail to process and scan your parcel.
